Email signature generator

Create a clean HTML signature, then add a vCard QR or mailto link.

Layout

Classic and Card usually paste most cleanly into Gmail and Outlook.

Pick a design first — examples use placeholder text so you can compare before entering your details.

Colors

Accent is for bars only so it stays readable on white email backgrounds. Name and muted control the text.

Host the logo on your site or CDN, then paste the image URL here so mail apps can load it.

About this tool

Build a clean HTML email signature with your name, role, contact links, and an optional hosted logo. Copy the HTML into Gmail or Outlook, then continue with a vCard QR code or a mailto link.

How it works

Three quick steps — then download or copy. Each tool page includes tips and FAQs.

Pick a layout and colors

Compare the examples, then choose a design and accent color that stay readable in mail apps.

Add your details

Enter your name, role, company, phone, and email, plus an optional website or LinkedIn link.

Add a logo URL (optional)

Paste a public https image link from your website or CDN. Local files usually disappear when pasted into Gmail or Outlook.

Frequently asked questions

Will this work in Gmail and Outlook?

Yes, for basic HTML signatures. Keep accent colors to the bars only, and use a hosted logo URL if you want an image to survive pasting.

Why a logo URL instead of a file upload?

A file kept in your browser never leaves your device, so mail apps cannot load it later. A public https image URL is something Gmail and Outlook can fetch.

Is this tool free?

Yes. It is free to use in your browser, with no sign-up.

Can I add social icons?

Not in this version. It uses text links, which display more reliably across mail clients. Use the social link tool to build profile URLs.

What should I do after copying the signature?

Create a vCard QR code for print, or a mailto link for buttons and bios.
